Product Development

Sandia National Laboratories, for the U.S. Department of Energy and National Security Administration, developed the original base product for their Chemical and Biological National Security Program. In July 2000, Sandia National Laboratories provided non-exclusive, all field-of-use licenses to EnviroFoam Technologies, Inc. of Huntsville, Alabama for the manufacture and commercial sale of the decontamination formulation. The base product was then enhanced through chemical compounding to maximize performance in detoxification and neutralization.
